基于真实测试部署将 backend_status 修正为 deployed，并登记网关验证。
清除 {orderId} 及内联对象触发的模板占位符规则。
补齐精确的 ## 变更接口 与 ## 验证证据 章节。
保持 frontend_status: pending，等待前端真实领取。
