chore(changelog): 领取 #5530 和 #5533 管理后台适配

修改原因：开始处理投保快捷项精简及司机列表详情字段适配。

修改内容：两份 source 更新为 claimed，并记录 pi-main-session owner。

实际验证：核对 source 路径、ticket 与 pending 状态。
