chore(changelog): 领取 #5515 #5520 前端适配

修改原因：用户验收要求补齐保险任务来源筛选，并为实际保费字符串展示增加明确回归。

修改内容：将 #5515、#5520 source 从 not_required 调整为 claimed，并登记 pi-main-session。

实际验证：核对保险任务筛选 DOM、请求参数及保险订单 totalPremium 列表/详情消费链路。
