chore(changelog): 领取核单接口变更

修改原因：状态核账确认 #5310、#5320、#5342、#5343 尚需管理后台消费。

修改内容：将四份管理后台 changelog 标记为 claimed，并记录当前 Pi 会话 owner。

实际验证：四份文档仅变更 frontend_status 与 frontend_owner。
