修改原因：Step2 canonical full snapshot 与稳定槽位已实现并完成同槽多段隔离补强。

修改内容：引用最新业务提交，回写 released、verified 与 v2.1 发布信息。

实际验证：reviewer no findings；checkpoint 定向验证与生产构建通过；source npm test 46 项通过。
